I have been in the exclusive practice of labor law since admission to the bar in 2010. I have specialized in Maritime Labor, having at first trained to represent shipowners and manning agencies against disability benefits claims of seafarers prior to shifting to handling disability benefits claims of seafarers.
As I specialize in Labor Law, I have represented both sides in a labor claim, both local and overseas, land-based as well as sea-based, with clients ranging from complainants to employers, from security agencies, manning agencies, placement agencies, manpower agencies, travel agencies as well as construction companies.
My practice not just focuses on labor relations but also includes supervising the compliance of several companies of labor standards as mandated by Philippine Labor Laws.
