Atty. Lagmay's is a corporate, immigration, and real estate law practitioner. He has organized and provided expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including hospitals, energy providers, online gaming operators, educational institutions, BPOs, finance institutions, drugstores, food chains, resorts, and construction firms.

Atty. Lagmay is the managing partner of Lagmay Olavere Rosas and Domingo Law Office. In addition to his role as managing partner, Atty. Lagmay serves as a corporate secretary and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer for select clients. Prior to founding LORD Law over a decade ago, he gained valuable experience as an associate at Nicolas & De Vega Law Offices, as well as serving the government as a lawyer at the Special Audits Office of the Commission on Audit.

Atty. Lagmay also runs Barrister Realty Philippines, Inc., a real estate brokerage and full-service realty firm that provides solutions to a broad range of real estate-related concerns. 

Atty. Lagmay has been a member of the Philippine Bar for 15 years. He obtained his Law Degree from San Sebastian College, Manila, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas.

Atty. Lagmay is an active member of Lex Leonum Fraternitas, an organization comprising over a thousand lawyers.
